If ya'll ever wanted to get a 'can
#1
Now is the time to do so. Typically it takes about 1 year for the Feds to approve your "tax stamp" aka Feck-You citizen tax.

I'm seeing Form 4's getting approved in 1 week or less via e-file.

It's a Form 4. And you need to file digitally. Find a gun sore with a "kiosk" to e-file your Form 4.

You can file two ways.

Individual basically means the 'can or automatic weapon must stay with you and nobody else can be in possession. When you die the stamp and can revert back to the Feds.

Trust---- You can place other family on the Trust. They can be in possession and when you die the feds don't get your shit. Trusts take longer to approve than individual.

Because of the sudden fast approvals, 'cans are getting to be harder to find FYI.

Now that I've built a bunch of AR's I'm slowly getting into Cans. My FFL is Class 3 so I'm saving enough going through muh wholesale vendors to sorta justify the costs.

The time to obtain a suppressor has arrived because the approval process moves swiftly through the system. The speed of approving Form 4s remains extremely rapid since numerous applications receive approval within one week. Individuals can file their Form 4 applications online for personal ownership but trusts enable family members to access the suppressor. Trusts need more time before the approval process is finished. Suppressor approvals are happening quickly because of which they are becoming harder to purchase in the market so buyers should act promptly.
