I've shot a lot of Russian X39 with steel cases.. shot fine.
Lacquered ammo is a much different story..
Shoot a it bunch and you've got a gooey mess

I hear good things about the Tulo 9mm, but now that JoeMala has banned ammo from Russia it will be impossible to find and put squeeze on all ammo.
