Masks are not effective at reducing risk of infection with Delta and Omicron. Delta has 1000x viral load and Omicron has 70x of Delta.
assuming that Alpha has a viral load of 100 and the N95 masks are 85% effective (assuming universal and correct use)... 15 viral particles escape the mask.
