I've long said I'd consider living on one of the coasts if some kind of pandemic would wipe out about 98% of the people there. I wouldn't say I could hope for such a thing, but between covid and the rioters, it seems like it could be on the table now.

No 'vacations' for us this year with the house building and move.
We are enjoying the local lakes with friends.
Drove to Dale Hollow lake through the backroads in the c6 this weekend.
So nice.

I have only seen the area around Charleston, but I really dig the beaches. Outer Banks sounds enticing.
