I haven't felt like posting much at either place. People are getting nastier by the day. I'm considering getting rid of facebook and switching over to MeWe but I don't know if that will be any better.

Is this just an election year thing?
I am on another website for Bills Fans and they recently had an upheaval. Several new liberal posters started spamming several threads and posting childish memes. One long time poster had enough of their shit and started at thread calling out the bad actors.
The bad actors (and a 3rd party according to the site admin) reported him and had him banned.
There was a counter-offensive of threads and posts that called out the bad actors resulting in their bullshit and got them banned.
Now the site is still not right.
Seems similar to the 'other place' minus the bans.
