Fermenting Peppers - Mexas Joe - 03-08-2021 I usually have lots of excess peppers from my garden erry year. I'm gunna use my HB gear and ferment a batch for hot sauce this year. Anybody done this or can recommend a solid source? Seems pretty easy to make a nice batch of hot sauce.
