I'm waiting for a replacement condensate pump to arrive from Amazon so I'm collecting buckets of run off from my 3 1/2 ton up coil.
It's so humid I'm collecting about a half gallon a hour!
On the plus side, water sales are up.

Yeah, AC at home.... I'm pouring out a two gallon bucket every few hours. Last time I lost a condensate pump it was dry weather and I probably didn't collect a gallon in a day.

I bet you could bottle that condensate and sell it as a rehydrant to those suffering from air-conditioning-induced dehydration.
