Hot Pepper Flakes - Gusso - 12-09-2022 My wife and I use hot pepper flakes often. The generic flakes no longer do the trick. I saw an ad on Facebook for these, so I ordered some for a stocking stuffer for my wife. I haven't tried them yet but the customer service is fantastic - they sent an extra jar and a bunch of sample packets. I'll try a sample pack soon. Flatiron Pepper Co. Yes, worlds better than the generic supermarket "crushed red pepper," though i used to use that heavily as well before finding Flatiron.
