First homegrown BLTs of the year

Picked enough before the squirrels got them, bagged to ripen, and ready to eat.  Home cured/smoked bacon too.  One of the reasons I love summer.

Ours are still not ripe. Some of the cherry tomatoes have, bit the onslaught is a few days away. We have had a couple drizzling in a day.
And home done bacon, mmmmmmm

We had pretty bad storms blow through the metro last night. Most of the tomato plants are laying on the ground. Hopefully I can upright them without breaking the stalks........

As long as the stalks don't break in two, you can wrap some tape around the wounds and there's a good chance they'll heal.

Me too. Other than a hand full of cherries, I've got nothing. Big plants tho. But I'm behind because I started from seeds.

My cucumbers are going great.
