Thank you. I'm feeling every one of my 52 years. While I enjoy the peace and quiet of midnight shift, this will be my last year on it. The older you get, the more those kind of hours take out of you. I will join the daywalkers in 2021!

Things are clam where I am and I hope it stays that way. Like Danny Glover in Lethal Weapon, I'm getting too old for this shit.

I've spent part of my night providing training to some of the new rookies who needed OC training. They can't carry until they've had it and all our regular training is shut down due to covid short staffing. So I volunteered to teach several one hour classes this week to make sure they can stay after work and get the training they need.
