I love smoked cheese and smoked creme cheese.  What kinda smoker did you use and what kinda wood?

Did you dip crackers in it.  What did the kiddos think of it or did you HOG it all.

When smoking cheese, I use my cheapo electric with just my smoke attachment. I generally like gruyere/Swiss or a good cheddar.

Oh, with pecan or apple.

I love my lectric smoker with my pellet smoking tube. I've only done cream cheese with rubs and cheddar.

This was just from the Hy-Vee cheese case.

When I did the smoked cream cheese, though, that was pretty legit.
