Testing a new griddle

I threw out our electric griddle a few months back out of frustration over uneven heating, and just picked up a zojirushi one with an air gap between the heating element and the cook surface.  This guy is pretty solid.

Used it to cook tortillas last night and trying it out on bacon this morning.  So far so good.
