I wear one at all the stores I go into (except maybe Kwik Mart) as a courtesy to others. This weekend we went to a 8th grader basketball tourney. There was 200 people there Id say only about 20 with masks. In that situation, I just followed the herd. I carry hand sanitizer in my pocket and use it pretty regular. I've seen so many kids over the years, including my own, that were immunocompromised that I really feel guilty not wearing a mask if there's a solid amount of folks doing the same.

More or less in the same boat. I keep one with me, and carry sanitizer. But the masks are more about making the retail staffers feel better than about protecting myself against anything. A good bit of theater, really. The sanitizer, on the other hand, while it was just for the germaphobes a few months back, is probably a legitimate precaution. You still go into the grocery store and see the little old ladies and weird hipster douche types pinching all the produce before deciding to buy it. That's a practice I can't believe stores haven't gotten more aggressive about. Or that the pinchers themselves haven't turned on the news at all to see what's going on out there.

Before Covid I used to be a MAJOR produce fondler. Now I don't touch anything.

Good man. Way to adapt. That's walking the walk.

How are you supposed to know if your tomatoes or fruits are just right without fondling them?

Vegetables can be very sensuous, don't you think?
