Been trying to lose weight by eating less gluten, more veggies & fruits, more protein, more exercise, rice, less bourbon. I am reading a book, written by a frequent guest of Coast to Coast, a radio show I like. He recommends vitamins and minerals for healing our ailments. I'm looking into vitamin and mineral supplements. Any recommendations?!?!
