Nice to hear from everybody! It's been a crazy time to be in the food business for sure. You don't get into this line of work if you don't think you can survive a nuclear holocaust, so we've pivoted and are doing better than ever. Both the restaurant and butcher shop are crazy busy. Butcher shop business doubled last year, it was a bit overwhelming at times but we made it work. Had to deal some bullshit this year with a break-in and some other stuff, but hey, we're still here. The wife and I bought a cottage across the lake from her family's place up in the UP, we're starting renovations this year. Plans are to spend part of our retirement up there, we sure enjoy the peace and quiet.
