I've been on a Tex-Mex kick lately with chili and enchiladas.
The Piggly Wiggly near me has a lot of Hispanics shoppers so they keep a ton of fresh and dried peppers in stock so I'm used to dicing a bunch up and sauteeing them up with onions and garlic.
I'll check out that cream cheese brick recipe when I get the chance Augie, I need something new!
