Super bowl half time show

Smoking some wings and poppers.  Guacamole too.  We'll watch some of the game. Dunno how much - lost  some interest a couple weeks ago.........

When you smoke your wings do you crisp the skin on a hot grill before serving?  Haven't done wings in a long time on the smoker.

I'm doing them indirect on the Weber kettle but will finish them over the coals.  I'm not cooking enough to fire up the smoker today.
