Hunting woes

I haven't hunted in over 20 years. There are no decent places to hunt in Maryland unless you know someone with private property. The public lands are filled with idiots that are just as likely to shoot you as a deer.

My BIL hunts his local army base. They assign you a block of land and you're alone the whole time. Dunno if there's an adequate location in MD, but maybe an option? Detrick doesn't seem like they need more space than they have, but there's gotta be a place with a vehicle range.
