That sounds good! I'm wanting to go the LAZY route this year Smile Don't feel like getting the smoker going in this cold weather. I'm considering getting a Jimmy Johns sandwich party tray or pizza. Unless you all got some ideas that work with my LAZY man's plan! Maybe go with some Queso and chips or something I can just throw in the crockpot. Beer and Bourbon!!

What kinda eats/drinks are the rest of you putting out for Playoffs / Superbowl?!

I'll probably do some pretzel nuggets and beer cheese. That's pretty easy. Then maybe some kind of party sandwich, like you say. If I can find wings, maybe I'll fry up a few batches of those as well.

Pellet smoker changes everything that way.  I'd not fight a cold windy day for 13 hours using my Oklahoma joe side burner.
Even with that mass of thick steel it can be a chore.

Pellet, set it and forget it.

Pellets put off such a great blue smoke too!! I love the efficiency and cleanliness of the pellet smokers!!! If you can do a Brisket with little time invested that would be a GREAT thing for Superbowl Sunday!! I like the pretzel nugget idea. The kids are crazy about soft pretzels and I could serve them with some Queso!

Call me a Bills fan now!! What an awesome outpouring of love!!

"OWINGS MILLS, Md. -- Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson expressed his gratitude on Monday to the Buffalo Bills fan base, whose donations have reached $360,000 to one of his favorite charities. As of Monday, there have been 13,600 individual donations from Bills fans, who are affectionately known as "Bills Mafia.""

Wow! Brees is one tough dude.

New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees played through more pain than many realized in 2020. On top of 11 broken ribs and a collapsed lung, Brees played through the season with a torn rotator cuff and a torn fascia (connective tissue) in his foot.

Damn. That's hard core. Is he allowed to be on anything more than tylenol and still play?

You guys ever make egg rolls? I bought some wrappers at the Asian grocery today. Here's one recipe I'm looking at making. Might be a Superbowl contender or I may go with reuben or philly cheese steak egg rolls?!

Here's another easy one that I think is a no brainier. Cheeseburger sliders.

I do them quite often. No recipe, but I usually use a bunch of bok choy, garlic, ginger, water chestnuts, carrots, scallions, shiitake mushrooms, and bamboo shoots. If I have baby corn cobs, I'll chop those up with it too, because they're just awesome. Stir fry all that with sesame oil, soy sauce, white pepper and some cayenne, and then after it cools, fill and fry the wrappers.

The longest part is chopping everything. If you use a food processor, the texture is all wrong.
