I'll probably do some pretzel nuggets and beer cheese. That's pretty easy. Then maybe some kind of party sandwich, like you say. If I can find wings, maybe I'll fry up a few batches of those as well.

Pellets put off such a great blue smoke too!! I love the efficiency and cleanliness of the pellet smokers!!! If you can do a Brisket with little time invested that would be a GREAT thing for Superbowl Sunday!! I like the pretzel nugget idea. The kids are crazy about soft pretzels and I could serve them with some Queso!

Wow! Brees is one tough dude.
New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees played through more pain than many realized in 2020. On top of 11 broken ribs and a collapsed lung, Brees played through the season with a torn rotator cuff and a torn fascia (connective tissue) in his foot.

I do them quite often. No recipe, but I usually use a bunch of bok choy, garlic, ginger, water chestnuts, carrots, scallions, shiitake mushrooms, and bamboo shoots. If I have baby corn cobs, I'll chop those up with it too, because they're just awesome. Stir fry all that with sesame oil, soy sauce, white pepper and some cayenne, and then after it cools, fill and fry the wrappers.
The longest part is chopping everything. If you use a food processor, the texture is all wrong.
