I've been watching a lot of YT cooking videos lately... Last night I made Toad In The Hole ( lol) with brats and red onion gravy.
It was so good everyone ate waaay too much!
Here is the recipe and video

My wife is cooking chicken hyderabadi for dinner tonight. She made the sauce last night and will complete it later today. It's a recipe from a cooking class we took in India last year.

I'll post it soon but seems very labor intensive. She's still chopping a lot of stuff! I can see why this recipe wasn't included in our 2 hour class.

Cajun is very labor intensive too..
I just diced onions, garlic, celery, bell pepper, and sauteed them for an hour or more until they are very soft. Browned chunks of chicken and sliced sausage too.
Making jambalaya.   Cool

But well worth it!

It's just frozen aloo paratha. In that class, we made chapati. I'm surprised my wife didn't break out our special pan and make some fresh.

The mushroom curry is really good and pretty easy to make. I'll post that in a bit. I finished off what our group made in India last year. It was a great experience, my wife and I, an Australian couple, A cute French girl, and a guy from Spain.
