All kinds of GREAT things can be done to make mac n cheese wonderful! I like using different cheeses, making a lobster or crab Mac, using taco meat. There's a great restaurant in Iowa City, Hudson's, that has several creative Mac n cheeses!!

My favorite local BBQ restaurant makes BBQ spaghetti. Sounds odd, but we tried it and the family loved it. Here's a recipe I'm considering made with a BBQ sauce I like...

If you are ever in Columbus head to this place (near the OSU campus) on high street.

Scroll down to the Mac and Cheese section of the menu.

They also have a great beer selection.

I'm hosting a Summ-ah throw down this weekend. Firing up the smoker for brisket, pulled pork and sausage. I'll post pics.

Brisket has gotten stupid. We need to start raising cows on the moon or something.

I was grabbing a steak for breakfast this morning, and saw that flat irons were $19/lb…. For something that was known five years ago as “chuck.”
