Biltmore was worth a visit. But not a 2nd.

Addiction to Rocky’s Hot Chicken. Better than what I’ve had in Nashville.

Stoping at random small liquor stores hunting any rare like Blantons. No joy.

Hiked Chimney Rock St Park today. In the rain.

Mexas, please spend a night for two in Asheville. I can't wait for your impressions. insert laugh emoji
Yeah, Biltmore is a little much especially for the price. I would like to go back one more time to do the behind the scenes tour of the physical plant stuff. Fun fact, the lights and wiring were originally all DC. When power was first available they ran AC in to run a generator that put out DC to the house.
If you have the time, make a run down to Sierra Nevada just south of town. Its worth a lunch there.

Did 2 nights in Asheville at an RV park called Bear Creek. Freaking tourist errywhere. Loads of Indians. Dot not feather.
Did 2 nights in Pigeon Forge. Pissed rain and we couldn’t hike the national park much.

Groan. Wife bought Titanic tickets. Total waste. Not sure why but the tour had so much Holocaust propaganda it was crazy. Not sure why a boat that sank before 1910 needed so much about Ann Frank but whatever. The exhibit was pretty lame and had exactly ONE item from the damn boat.

Tonight I’m in Nashville

I did Sierra Nevada 10 years ago in Chico. Met Basser and got the private tour. He’s a good dude.
