Bitcoin
#1
I was cleaning out my documents folder and came across an old Bitcoin wallet. The blockchain is still syncing but it looks like I have .379 of a bitcoin. That's 14k at current pricing. Holy shit. I hope once it is fully synced that number doesn't go down. Tongue

NEW GUN TIME!!! If I can remember my wallet password...

I used to mine Bitcoin way back in the day. Back then it wasn't worth shit and you didn't need special ASIC cards to mine it. It was more for the technical fun of it. I cry to think at the amount I used to have back in the day. I know I had at least 1000.

Interesting. Any other crypto currencies that you liked? Again, I'm not very familiar with the process but am impressed with the unbelievable money folks have made.

I played around with Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin & Feathercoin. Those were the main players back in the day and were relatively easy to mine just using a GPU graphics card. Now, there are so many cryptocurrencies out there, it just isn't worth the risk. What is hot today can be garbage in a few weeks. Bitcoin seems to be the only one that has truly lasted. Don't waste your money on it as an investment.

You've made some SERIOUS gains then BD!!!! Good for you! My best investments remain Apple and Google. I've had my fair share of dawgs. The biggest were in oil companies. I am a very cautious and conservative investor for the most part.

Should have noted it as 3,000 each but still we are doing extremely well. Now what to buy with it?
