"Lose It!" App - Augie's Journey

Goal is to lose 30+ lbs!  I'm really liking this App that I downloaded today.  Anybody using it?  I will provide more specifics on my goal in next post!!!

Really digging this app! You track everything you eat and drink. It subtracts calories burned in exercise from what you consumed. There's a function to scan bar codes. Everything I have scanned or looked up is out there, including my McDonalds 300 calorie cheeseburger! So far it is motivating me to exercise more and to eat less than I've been budgeted in calories (1654). I prefer to eat protein heavy so I picked up a little jerky and some RX Bars which are awesome!

Man, 1600 kcal is what i eat for breakfast. Gotta take some discipline. Get some!

I know how to lose weight. Unfortunately, not drinking is the main thing. At least I've been getting my fat ass on the bike lately.

Awesome, keep it up. Booze has never been a big factor in my weight, despite what the calories *should* equate to. But i imagine cutting back makes a huge difference in most people. Grats on the restraint, i couldn't do it. I can't do it right now. God im so thirsty! *pop fizzt* Ahhhhhh
