I usually have lots of excess peppers from my garden erry year. I'm gunna use my HB gear and ferment a batch for hot sauce this year. Anybody done this or can recommend a solid source? Seems pretty easy to make a nice batch of hot sauce.

It would probably be a good idea to keep it as far from your brewing equipment as you can, unless you already make a lot of sours!

I picked up a 1 gallon glass jar with fermenter lid and airlock on Amazon.
