Pfizer or Moderna. I was skeptical, but I can say with full confidence that those two mRNA vaccines are safe (well, as long as you don't have the rare complication of an acute allergic reaction). They are also effective. This is premium tech, guys. The promise of flying cars. The Johnson and Johnson vaccine is less known to me and a trickier thing to deal with since it uses a viral vector. The mRNA tech dips into a cell's outer layer, gets processed to make a protein, and then completely disappears. The protein gets ejected and the immune system does its thing as it would with any vaccine antigen.
