Nope. I was told to sit in a monitored waiting area for 15 mins to see if I'd keel over. Then I was free to go.

On radio this morning, it was said in Biden first 100 days he wants to distribute 100 million vaccines. I think that is a good goal and hope that it is accomplished/surpassed. It is one of the positive things he could do for a lot of people that are basically trapped inside without much human interaction.

Yeah, more distribution would obviously be great. It's not like Trump was saying "let's drag our feet and distribute this very slowly." I mean, hell, by CNN's accounting, Trump was a "miracle worker" to get a vaccine developed and approved for large scale use before 2020 even ended. He was obviously sharing the goal of moving as quickly as possible.

But sometimes actually getting IN to a job faces you with some realities that political promises don't have to be concerned with. So I'll believe Biden's goal when I see it happening. 100 million doses by the end of April doesn't seem unreasonable, if other things don't get in the way.

President-elect Joe Biden’s top health officials are confident the United States will have enough coronavirus vaccine doses to meet the incoming administration’s goal of inoculating 100 million people in 100 days despite a slower-than-expected rollout of the life-saving drugs.

“The feasibility of his goal is absolutely clear,” Fauci said of 100 million doses in 100 days. “There’s no doubt about that... it can be done.”

Scary!! Hopefully our country is taking the steps to ensure that the elderly population is strong enough for the vaccine to do then good.

(CNN)Doctors in Norway are investigating the deaths of 23 elderly patients who had received the Pfizer/BioNTech coronavirus vaccine, looking into the possibility that adverse reactions to the shot "may have contributed to a fatal outcome in some frail patients."

4 days later from getting the Vac he's in ICU on a vent. As of last night it was not looking good for him.

He was making some slow improvement over the weekend, went was only doing 40% of the work.

Took a turn for the worse today now he 100% sedated, labs are crashing and the vent is cranked up all the way.

COVID can feck you up good, Chillrens.

Not to push this to the Touchy Subjects forum, but QFT vis a vis immigration policy.  The reality of these situations ends up being tougher than campaign platitudes.
