Covid Vaccine
CNN)Unvaccinated people do more than merely risk their own health. They're also a risk to everyone if they become infected with coronavirus, infectious disease specialists say.

That's because the only source of new coronavirus variants is the body of an infected person.

"Unvaccinated people are potential variant factories," Dr. William Schaffner, a professor in the Division of Infectious Diseases at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, told CNN Friday.

Keep it real CNN. Blame game has no place in this war on Covid.

"As Americans make plans to celebrate the Fourth of July weekend with family and friends, the Delta variant of the coronavirus is spreading nationwide. "

Shoot off fireworks in quarantine with a mask on!!!!

If they plan to knock on each and erry door, might as well get a count on all the illegals and issue voter ID's.

And when they knock on my door I'll tell them to GTFO my property.

From New York Times article....

"After the Alpha variant began spreading late last year, many people assumed that it was both more contagious and more severe. The data soon told a different story, though: Alpha seems to be only more contagious."

LONDON, July 19 (Reuters) - Britain's Chief Scientific Adviser Patrick Vallance said that 60% of people being admitted to hospital with COVID-19 are unvaccinated, correcting an earlier statement he made on Monday.

Vallance earlier said at a news conference with Prime Minister Boris Johnson that 60% of people being admitted to hospital with COVID-19 have had two doses of vaccine.

Oops. Now that makes more sense. Silly numbers. No wonder folks are confused.

"All of the coronavirus cases in the Texas delegation, which includes more than 50 lawmakers who fled the state to deny Republicans there a quorum to pass a new elections bill, are among fully vaccinated people — what are known as “breakthrough” cases. Medical experts say that infections among fully vaccinated people are rare and are usually mild, and people who have gotten vaccinated are much less likely to spread the virus to others. Texas lawmakers say those who have tested positive are mostly asymptomatic or have mild symptoms."
