Whew! Thanksgiving is over. I survived but gained a few pounds. Going to hammer the diet this week and hope to post a "lose it" pic by the end of the week! How did everybody do with all the turkey and pies?!
Bourbon got the best of me over the holiday.....

I've pretty much given up beer because the empty calories. Now I'm a vodka soda lime guy. It gets the job done with no carbs.
I'll check this app out thanks for the tip.
My problem is I've been too busy and drinking too much to get in my cardio. Took a break from lifting because of tendon pain in my elbows and I'm getting steroid shots for them.
Getting old is fucked, gents.

I tell ya, I have so much more energy and my 50+ year old body feels so much better. Less aches and pains really motivates. I can envision adjusting down or even dropping some of my BP meds by the Spring, I just recently bought a few 36 waist jeans, and would love to buy some 34s by Spring.
