Expecting 20+ My menu: Brisket Sausage Smoked Shotgun Shells-----hot sausage/brisket/jalapeno/cheese based BBQ pintos Cheesy hash brown casserole Key lime pie and cheesecake from scratch Apps and other goodies being brought by friends. I'll be up LATE meal prepping and drinking.

I threw some ribs in the smoker about 2 hours ago. My wife is making some sort of potato casserole to go with it.
